We intend to remain a small, specialized company, which aims to be the best in the world in its chosen fields of software porting tools, development and consulting.
We are currently recruiting graduate Software Engineers, to be based at our delightful offices in southern England, possibly with a certain amount of travel to the US and to the rest of Europe. Candidates should be recent graduates or graduating this year. Salaries will be very attractive for the right candidates. Unlike many companies, we do not have a fixed shopping-list of items on a CV which we look for. Since we tend to work at the leading edge of software development and new technologies, we are really looking for one skill only: the ability rapidly to acquire whatever skills are necessary to achieve high-quality results for our clients. So anyone we employ is likely to be expert in a number of different computer languages and application areas, and be comfortable with highly technical subjects such as assembler programming, compiler design, and computer architectures. He or she must also be able to demonstrate high intellectual ability, good communications skills, the ability to work hard to demanding deadlines, and the drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
We are also interested in establishing links with skilled software consultants in the US, continental Europe, and the Pacific rim, who can work with us to provide clients with high-quality consultancy services related to our products.
